Is my pup lacking something?

Recommended Posts

What are you feeding the pup? Some complete foods are lacking in essential minerals. Teething pups should be allowed to chew all they want on a variety of things: huge rawhide chews are good, an old pair of leather boots is pretty good too: it you have some laying around! Anything a pup can sink its teeth into. Big beef rib bones: pups with milk teeth won't be able to break them up to swallow chunks. And like has already been said, those rubber toys. Also, twisted rope chews: they spend hours munching on them, and they are soft enough for the pup to think that it is getting somewhere. LOL

My two are 6 months old now and they chew anything they can get hold off.

My husband now has a lovely pair of peep toe slippers.

Worse habit was eating poo. Thankfully this is stopping.

They have chews and bones all the time and rock sulpher block in water.

All the best.
