Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Well at about 5 it hoofed it down was planning run tonight on the same ground we ferreted yesterday. The ground in our area has at last got some give in it after the prolonged dry summer . Next to rough area its a open sandy field bordered by a main A road given a fair bit of noise that hides any noise you make. The coneys are use to a fairly busy footpath so the coneys can be fairy tame for the first couple of lamping trips. Until they realize theres a bed cross planning on catching them/ Well I was not expecting huge numbers after catching 42 yesterday ,but a quick shine confirmed good number sitting and feeding . In the field there is alot on dips and bumps which is great for them to sit in unoticed . Well after a good few runs we finnished with 6 very good sized winter rabbits. Had pack up as the clunlite needs new battery. Cheers Cookie Quote Link to post
