How do you fit a lamp to your riffle

I have seen it done but dont know how to.

I have the sort of lamp to be mounted so thats not a problem, any detailed advice would be much apreciated.

From what I know of the big lamps, there should be some sort of adaptor that would fit /clamp onto your scope and the lamp would then slide on and off the mounting adaptor.

It would mount to the scope.

That was just a little image I found in the public domain (internet).

 

I personally use much smaller tactical type lamps.

Do you know what make/model of the lamp is?

 

Failing that, I'm sure one of the regs on here will put a close up view of a connector/adaptor for you. Even if it's not your particular model it may help so that you could perhaps make one (were quite resourceful on here some of us lol)

haha thanks tony ill see but im not sure what make, its pritty small lamp tho, i can easily fit my hand all th way around it.

pic you posted looks like a lightforce lamp.you can buy a mount which fits over your scope ( make sure you choose right size for diameter of scope ie 25/30 mm ) and then lamp slides onto mount from the side and clicks into place.atb
