No case to answer. I expect the local 'cats are wonderful people too' brigade will find this and pile in. F*ck them and f*ck their cats. Cat's have their own private loopholes in british law. But no law in the land suggests that You must take responsibility for Their stupidity. Go after someone elses cat, in ye garden, with malice aforethought? Differant matter. Criminal Damage.
