well after putting it off for as long as i can and finding myself with no kids for a few days i decided to go on a pickling mission,i now have 15 jars of onions,10 jars of beetroot,10 jars of red cabbage and 10 jars of piccalili all sat waiting for the cold meats of xmas and beyond. i have also tried doing some pickled eggs this year,its the first time ive done them so i guess i'll have to wait and see what they turn out like. so after a long day im now going to sit and sample my sloe gin from last year and finish off the half bottle of redcurrant vodka i found at the back of the cupboard wich is also from last year. cheers all mart
