woodchip 2 Posted March 24, 2007 Report Share Posted March 24, 2007 Today on the way back home from ZEALS which is near FROME in someset i popped into the services on the A34 nr winchester to get a sarnie . i was sat in my van when i noticed a flicker as i looked up i could see a bunnie as i got out the van and walked up a little bank there must have been 30+ bunnies all feeding some where so close i could twatted them with a stick . One of them bolted and they all ran off as i walked to where they ran off to just past the fence ther must have been hundreds off hole all on the bank of the A34 typical . I spoke to one of the managers in the shop about the rabbits and asked if anyone had ever ferreted the land he said someone comes over every 6 months and poisons them . apparently only ever gets a few but no one can ever ferret them or shoot them as joe public will cause an outrage . Apparently its cruel to kill fluffy bunnies, never mind the damage they cause. hope one of them falls in one of there holes. . Quote Link to post
