I actually thought it was a closer fight than the scorecards suggested......i thought Cleverly looked poor in spells he wasnt boxing with his usual looseness he has a great array of punches normally but he struggled with Bellews jab....Bellew surprised me with his maturity i thought he might let his emotions get the better of him but it was actually Cleverly who needed to keep his emotions in check at times.....I think Cleverlys class and fitness got him through this fight but Bellew showed he can compete at the highest level.....he,s a little too tight and predictable but seems to have decent power and a good chin.......kids like him can go a long way purely on desire and hunger....and he has that in bundles.

Good advert for British boxing anyway.....and put the Hopkins/Dawson farce to shame !
