Depends on where in UK you are if travel is no probs then one of the best I know is an ex Holland and Holland guy who lives in Cambs.

Google Peter Frenette.

You will get sound advice from a guy who has over 40 years experience in custom rifles and wildcat loads.

He was probably the guy responsible for the introduction of the popular 22-250 to the UK as a varmint rifle!!

Last custom rifle I saw he had built was a .20 cal it was awesome.
