rogue with a running dog 22 Posted September 4, 2011 Report Share Posted September 4, 2011 bit of a common question but whats every ones favourite cross for an all round lurcher i have a collie greyhound x bedlington whippet bitch she is now 9 she has given many hours of good sport on all quarry she is only 21 inches but will take fox rabbit and hare. i am going to retire her in the next little while so just some ideas for my next lurcher cheers Quote Link to post

ftm 3,357 Posted September 5, 2011 Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 an all rounder is exactly what it says on the tin ! every one does things differently ie some lads are pure rabbit hunters others hares etc then theres lads that go for every type of quarry from deer /teeth right down to a days ratting probably even taking the odd pheasant along the way thats the kind of dogs we owned in the ,s 1 Quote Link to post
