well when i lived in council propery a few years ago they said you could not keep two bitches as they deemed this as you were breeding them but you could keep two dogs or a bitch and dog total idoits in the council dont no if this is still the case

Who reported him him for having a dangerous dog? It them he wants to find, not the council, if informed they are only carrying out the rules within the tennancy.

God knows dodger.

He has the dogs back now, but they have told him he must get rid of them or leave.

Apparently, he is breaching the council contract on keeping dogs without permission.

 

Its being dealt with anyhow.
