maitland93 13
Mate gave me two rabbits today so skinned and gutted them fed them to pup and terrier. Rapped the fur around pups favorite ball to see if he would retrive it with tue fur but as soon as he picked it up he tryed to eat it so am gunna get another bunny and leave it whole and see if he retrives it. He tends to shake every thing he pick up which a dont want as there is a time and place to shake stuff when he is older. My question is have any of you lot had this problem and if so how did you stop the dog frm doing this? Quote Link to post
trigger2 3,108
how olds the pup? he should grow out of it. my pups just under 3 1/2 months he does the same when i give a rabbit head complete with all the skin to play with. i wouldnt worry about it to much ive been releasing live rabbits for him on the lamp which i have taken off the big dog. he treats a live rabbit different when he catches it he mouths it a bit on the floor, then he will bring most of them back to me. atb trigger Quote Link to post
