rob190364 2,594
My pup is 11 months old and still has fairly prominent wrist knuckles. She's only 21 inches but she hasn't grown for a good 2 months. Can they stop growing for all that time and then have a spurt, or will she just always have these knuckles? I expected her wrists to be smooth when fully grown?? Just want to make sure she's fully grown before stepping up the exercise. Quote Link to post
Guest jt750
As you say ..my pup ...and if it still has knuckle its likely to grow some more ..if its going to be a large dog then it can still grow at 18 months of age ..if its small then maybe its nearly finished Quote Link to post
rob190364 2,594
Yeah, its just odd that she's not grown for so long though, or if she has its been hardly anything (i.e. 1 cm) in 2 months. Quote Link to post

martin 332
How often are you feeding the pup? Quote Link to post
troter58 1,711
twice aday mate ??? Quote Link to post
martin 332
twice aday mate ??? Probably should be feeding 3 times a day mate, and that will help to stop growth spurts and give a more even growth pattern. Quote Link to post
