right place at the right time for a change.

hi all ive been looking for a plot for some time now and was lucky enough to get myself a small(ish) plot yestaday. its the first time ive had an allotment so was wondering what kind of things i should be planting etc. ive cleared all the weeds and raked it over so its all ready. any advice would great. thanks mart

cheers lads il have a look around tomorow and see what i can get my hands on, am i still in time for pumpkins as my lads are busting my ear drums to help plant some

 

You are but for them to be ready for the THL competition ... or halloween then I would buy the actual plants and not start them from seed.

just spotted the competition lol ol have a look in the morning and see if i can pick a few up :thumbs:

Good look mate, its quite a hard year here in the Midlands. One thing ive learned over the last few years is that seeds do not read the dates on the packets, so if you like it get it in. Trial and error will see you in better stead than anything else in gardening.

 

Im growing a shit load of baccy this year :thumbs:
