blan89 159 Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 i used to have all my dogs on chains but have had to swap to kennels because of all the complaints. i had some big kennels made and my lurcher hates them i try keeping him tired but he still just whines and howls all day and night,i dont think spray or shock collars are the right way to go here because he genuinely hates it. cant keep him there for much longer like this,anyone had this problem before? blan89 159 Posted April 26, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 he was great on the chain,i cant remember hearing him ever make any noise,but thats no longer an option unfortunately. he's got no interest in bones or chew toys,he just hates being in his kennel,ive started working nights now so i can get him more tired so he's a bit quieter but he's still unhappy when he's in there though,which is my biggest concern.
