Toni from N.Z. 2
Thanks Toni - nice gun tip. I hear the longer barrels aren't necessary if going subsonic as the powder burn up way before - even at 16". But I'm not an expert. Nice to hear from NZ - and trust you're not near the Christchurch disaster! Hello Mellish,I am in Taranaki Nth.Island, far way from ChCh.Thank You.Just wish I could open my door to those people to give them a respite. Yes, 16" is about right for good powder burn.Any longer and it is just friction. Then with a can added and a long barrel it becomes unbalanced and you can end up taking soil samples. The Hornet is mild yet great, with a can on could be very interesting.Be keen to hear your decision for a chin wag. Will get a lesson on posting pics then can show you a bit of NZ hunting.Best Wishes for Your shopping and Your Success to Come.
