desertdog 149 Posted January 25, 2011 Report Share Posted January 25, 2011 heres one i tried in my own recipe,rabbit in cider, take one bunny and marinate in cider, i uesd hennys but i dont suppose it matters which you use, leave it overnight and cover ,add shallots (2), 1 clove of garlic crushed, chop some carrot and steam, add 1 bayleaf, 1 onion, and some tarragon, take the rabbit and the cider and put it in a slow cooker and leave on all day, till the meat falls from the bone, serve hot with crusty bread, yum,best ive had in a while.or you could casserole it but on a low heat.
