kyle304 5
Recently I have became more and more interested in the knowledge behind wildfowling. I have to admit I see myself as a bit of a do'er as opposed to read up on it then apply the knowledge, so although I have been shooting geese for a few seasons now I still struggle sometimes to understand the logic behind the movements off geese in relation to the lunar cycle and the tidal movements and also wind. I have found obvious patterns with their movements through experience and knowledge from my family and shooting friends and applied them quite well, so I'm far from stupid and naive when it comes to knowing if I'm turning up on the foreshore or feeding fields and thinking are there likely to be geese about or not. I'm just wondering if anyone has any information and/or tips to add to the shooting of geese. Also any recomondations of any good books to read up on the subject. Happy hunting, Kyle.
