MOO 730 Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 Got back last night from a quick tour of Isreal ....now thats a f@kin mad country every one is packin guns you need your witts about you had a check on the net if the wildfowling ban was lifted and sure enough it was lifted yesterday so headed out to be on the foreshore for daylight comeing in .....just as daylight was breaking I could here a single pinker and called it in from a fairdistance and it dropped out in the river and was retrieved by Star ....5 mins latter a mallard came right over and was dropped right at my feet ....a single drake wigeon flew past up stream missed with first shot then it rose like a teal and I dropped it and another retrieved well out in the water . Hopefully the ban continues to be lifted for a while as you cant beeat mornings like this hopefully get the deeks out later in the week Quote Link to post Share on other sites
