FightTheBan 1,147
I've had a new connection put on my batteries. There's a wire going into the box with an adapter sticking out. The lamp has the male end and battery female end. Mates a sparky. The connection is rock solid and better than any counterparts. Will put a picture up at the weekend. Don't know how easy/difficult it is as I didn't ask. FTB

Strong Stuff 2,171
Is Wirral Trailer Centre still in New Ferry? They'll have those connections Agree they aren't up the job, even if you are super careful they'll go loose and break.
TOMO 29,453
i have been hoding mine in place with electrical tape, i put it over the top of that conector , theres a little collar where the two wires go in to the conector, theres just enough space to get the tape over that. they should make a conector like the screw in ones you have in the back of computors
rocky1 942
at the same time you pay all that money you should,nt be have,n 2 but tape on conacters
FightTheBan 1,147
The old connection on mine was shite. Went through 4 in one season. New connection is spot on never misses a beat. Only problem is it isn't a bullet connector so can't be plugged into a cigarette lighter in your car. FTB
