Dan; Rule number one in pest control is to establish that there is a pest present. Then sort out what that pest is. Then deal with it and stop any more of them, where practicable, getting there. You still haven't proven there's even anything up there. Might you not have caused the hole in ye coving as ye scrambled about setting those traps, eg?

I find it's usually next to impossible to do 'treatments' on line. But I'll try to give ye some clues in this case and let's see how ye get on.

Ok. No shit. Nothing in any traps. 'Noises'. Day or night noises?

Have ye any insulation down up there?

Are any trees, climbers or wires anywhere near ye roof?

What's the general state of repair around ye eaves, mate?

That's the sort of thing I'd be looking at, if I were called out to a job like this. I'd also be up there, examining those traps. What sort are they? Where are they positioned? What are they baited with? How many and about how big's this roof space? Is ye water tank covered? Get a good torch and have a look in there anyway. And examine any wiring ye can safely access while ye up there.

Get back to us and let us know. I say " Us " because this place is crawling with fellow Pro Pesters and I'm sure others are reading and will pitch in with their own ideas ;)

Oddly enough, I'm just finishing off on a job Very much like this one :)

:clapper: Give me a break! There weren't many Mink running the streets of the inner city I was born and raised in, lads!

Gimme another fifty years, working with these things and I'll be better at dealing with them too! :good:

:D
