hi lads n lassies.any one find any decent vids of whippets coursing the hares obviously pre ban. av had a hunt but couldnt find much is this becouse thay havent got it in them long distance wise? any help or info much apreciated.

must he be lol. a had one about 4 years ago it was crazy fun with the rabbits great fun.just wish a had banged it on a hare so a could of seen for me self.

Dont think anyone with half a brain will post pictures of any type of dog catching ilegal quarry in the current climate !! Any dog will take a hare in the correct situation seen a pure colie do it regularly and have owned nuemerous whippets more than able a good one will run it correctly and wont matter whether it can run in circles for 2 hours ...

never asked for pics and a would not expect any one too eather was old vids a was more intrested in and a stated pre ban..but cheers for the info any way.

aye think whippets would do it just wasnt 100 percent thats why a was asking if thares old vids of some doing it to see how thay coped especialy long distance.av searched high and low for sum old vids but nothing shows up thats what makes me wander can thay? or is it just one in very few dogs got it in them to keep up.av no doubt on rabbits av even seen one take a fox whitch i will ad was a acident handeld it more than well though.

Stop what ? what difference does it make vid or pik who the hang wants to post a picture of a dog killing ilegal game be it pre ban or flippin present be it photo or video at the end of the day people in the know dont need to see old vid's to see them doing the buisness ... Maybe if he had come on with a picture of his whippet and asking for advice or stating what he uses it for then asking for old footage then yeah fair anough but christ its no different than me making a profile and asking to see a vid of a bullx killing deer or foxe's its not the way things in this game should be handeled you could be anybody as could i .

 

Why not look up youtube after all there are thousands of whippet coursing vid's ...

 

I wernt realy having a go before but christ whats the diff between a vid and a pik its ilegal footage eather way unless you can realy prove you filmed it pre ban ....
