Guest ferreting king Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 we went to llandovery today and it was pissing down. we started off well bolting a few in the hedgerows but unfortunatly they bolted ourside of the hedge when we wanted them to bolt to my fathers side who was ready with the shotty. we found a cracking warren which we ferreted but the hob benji killed in and eventually came out and then about 100 yards down a rabbit bolted and my father had a shot and killed it first time and when we went close to it we could see that it was full of mixy all in all good day out, got soaked both dogs worked well and ferrets had a lot of action so good milly the english springer and teale the cocker spaniel both dogs warren warren teale Quote Link to post
