Bushing with Blackstaff, herdwick and scrapman

Recommended Posts

We ended up taking quite a big pack out at the weekend, 11 dogs between the three of us although i sent my two lurchers home early due to recurring lamemess :wallbash: I was severely damaged from the night before but managed to struggle through. The dogs did well and we were pleased that the ground we covered seemed to hold more game than we thought, we'd been under the impression it had been wiped out by mixy but its still got rabbits in pockets which bodes well for next year as long as its not over hunted before they start breeding. We had the .410 with us in the hope of a chance at a pigeon or pheasant but unfortunately the only pheasant we saw never got off the ground, we did manage a feral back at the farm though.

Ended the day with one rabbit, a pheasant, a moorhen and a feral pigeon. Blackstaff had his posh camera and was doing a David Bailey so there is a fair few pics - enjoy!

donkdaniel - Taking out 12 dogs in that enviroment has the ingredients for fireworks. Thankfully there wasn't one growl or cross word between any of them and they all worked brilliantly together. BUT if there was i'm sure having a sturdy collar would bode well for someone to grab a dog and remove it from the situation, defo not going to break ;) Also i like to make her wear it so she gets that little more work, then when out alone the leather collar goes on and is silent :whistling:

tyla - :notworthy::thumbs:
