Phantom 631
Hey bud, The 2.5x50 simply means it's 2.5 magnification and the 50 equals the size of the objective lens The 3x60 is 60mm objective lens and magnifies the subject three times. The IR is the illuminator, best way to describe it is an InfraRed torch, you cant see the light, the quarry cant see the light, but the sensor in the scope can. I believe the Yukons are 1st or 2nd generation night vision. There are many people on here that use the Yukon systems. Hope that helps? Phantom Quote Link to post
