Guest arch1
If you find yourselves in Edale, i can recommend the Nags Head. Been in there a few times and the food seems alright, a bit pricey but a good plate full. Was in there awhile back with 20 mates after walking on Kinder, only saw one of them finish thier meal. Edale and the Nags are due South from the A57 and across the Kinder plateau. Real Ale as well. Edited November 4, 2010 by Ossie'n'Arch
droid 11
The Three Stag's Heads at Wardlow Mires (on the A623) used to be a cracker for both beer and food. Scotsman's Pack in Hathersage was pretty good too.

chippy28 1
The bluebell at tissington or the royal oak at hurdlow just outside buxton towards ashbourne are both great places to eat.
