sometimes my lad will need a good few weeks before being able go out near open eyes so i struggle to do any proper fitness with him when resting him walking does hardly anything to him, and am slow at running

does h pull on his lead? bikings good too.

also springpoles are pretty easy to make especially if you have some beams in your house or garage,and of course so are flirtpoles

here's my bitch shes always in good shape she doesnt really loose her fitness that quick she always stays just about right .

this is my dog he looses his fitness pretty quick compared to the bitch but also gains it back pretty quick to so it's not to bad.atb...cam

Shes usually in a decent shape the only time she wqasnt was after pups now shes back to decent figure she still needs work and it shudnt take long, your right cam bike work is good it really helps
