well done you and your mutt . it did exactly what you wanted. cant ask any more than that. but you have been told before . get a locator and collor bud. woodpiles like that could hide. some dodgy holes. better safe than sorry. ps the lads ribbing you have probable pulled out the odd bunny when six foot down after a fox....arsewipes.

Fair comment mate she went in a big hole in the wall and was well past my arms reach lol didn't fancy taking down a drystone wall to dig her out!!

Thanks for the posts lads as has been said everyone has there thing and some good posts come from all angles of the hunting tree. cant wait to get off these bloody 12 hour shifts to get in the feild :thumbs::thumbs:

Well done mate. Keep doing what you enjoy its what the sport is all about. Just don't breed off it lol.

 

Imo you would get on better with a ferret and some nets and use your terrier for hunting cover and marking holes.

I have seen the consequences of dogs in tight spots, and rabbiting with a terrier sounds like a recipe for disaster to me ( although I have never done it, so apologize if I am wrong).
