Malt 379
Took my Beddy/whippet out for the first few runs of the season last night. Haven't been out for a good while due to him smashing his dew claw half way through his first proper season last year which set him back. Not a huge bag, he took these four rabbits from about 7 or 8 runs. Quote Link to post

Cheers pal, he still needs a good bit of fitness work if I'm being honest. I was only in the fields for about 30 minutes, I think I'll stick to short sessions over the next few weeks to build him up to fitness gradually. Last year I made the mistake of trying to do too much with him when he wasn't fit and he started to yap a bit. He yapped a little on his first run last night, he caught then was silent. well done lad not a bad start Cheers. Edited September 6, 2010 by maltenby Quote Link to post
