One Less Fox To Worry About

Recommended Posts

Started off the evening by going to put the rifles in the back of the pickup and opened up the boot and was met by the putrid smell    of the rabbits Jamie had shot last week :chair: .I thought he had taken home for his ferrets .:realmad: :realmad: :realmad:

Anyway at least that meant we would have some bait for later on :)

As we headed down to the farm it started raining which put a downer on things straight away as this was going to limit our driving due to the very hilly terrain (note to self ...... get rid of shit ATs and get some Mud tyres ;) ).

We managed to get to a decent spot to dump our unexpected bait, sat patiently, made a few calls and saw a couple of sets of eyes appear in the distance but they were not having any of it, so after an hour of being patient we thought sod it and headed off to a different part of the farm.

No sooner had we done so we came across this cheekly little vixen who was 70 yards away giving us the eye  and we just had to oblige with a sexy 55 grain soft point straight to her heart .:guitar:

Not out tonight but will be out all weekend as the farm closest to me has started his harvesting :D :D :D So hopefully get September off to a good start.

I will give you a shout towards the end of the month as after this weekend I will either be working at the weekend at Wales to see how my old man is getting on or at the Midland Game Fair ! :o :o :o
