Little Butch 16
Got somewhere full of Rabbits and seems like a great oppertunity to bag up on a load of Rabbits! Never used a Longnet In my life or seen one used so ANY Information will be appreciated. What size should I go for? I'm thinking something smaller will be easier for me to manage at first? Butch. longnetter 32
50yd quickset is good start mate, you can always add to it later on . I carry three 50 yarders in the same basket (Brinded)and I'll often use all of them now (night time longnetting) ATB Quote Link to post
Fat-Ferret 857
Peg to Peg is a good book....But Glenn Waters DVD, The art of longnetting is very good and well worth a watch if your not a reader. Quote Link to post
Fat-Ferret 857
If your interested in a quick set, you can buy the netting and cord from Advanced Netting for less than £40 posted, and pick up a basket and poles from ebay or Magnum and Bob is your dads brother Edited September 1, 2010 by Fat-Ferret Quote Link to post
