I WOULDNT HOLD MY BREATH THO.............. :bye:

Well lads was out for about 4 hours last night and not much in the way of Foxes, the one we got, has been shot at 3 times if my memory sreves me well.its always to far away for a good shot always in excess of 400yarsd, well last night same thing spotted it again in its usual patchabout 800 yards away in a boggy part of a moor on one of the farms i shoot, tried calling but NO CHANCE,so i decided to try and head it off , and moved the truck to where i thought it might be heading, 5 mins later we are in position a couple of little squeeks and it popped its head up 30 yards away , it was trying to make a quick exit, but it had a small burn to cross and a fence (square mesh type) before it was out into the open fields, my younger brother took aim and wham one dead sneaky FECKER, was a good shot even though it was only 40 yards away as he had to shoot through the fence, had a crack at an easy one about 80 yards out but as soon as i pulled the trigger IT MOVED....BAST@RD MISSED.

there is a story to how i missed as the person who shot the one in the picture SQUEEKED when i was just about to pull the trigger, enough to make leave sharpish as it was a cub from the previous night where we shot its mum and da, hence why the squeek was enough to spook it.

cheers guys Jimmy.
