madabouthunting 1 Posted August 17, 2010 Report Share Posted August 17, 2010 i went out sunday night the wind was great went to my normal spots and started on the golf course there where a few rabbits out she worked here socks of but was not having any joy picking up she had 5 chases we went back to the motor and drove down the lane about 200yards and came across a playing field which was rough ground i had a look with the lamp and there was loads running around so got the dog out and started working her after about 3 missus this rabbit was hoping around so followed it and slipped her on it she chase and picked up great this was her first rabbit on the lamp she brought it strat back to my hand we went down the field about 10 yeads there was another rabbit squating about 15 feet for the headge sliped her a bit early she chased for about 5 turns and got it. had a couple of more chases but no pick up cant wait till tomorrow night ??
