Atb sg its not about what your shooting over, just find the birds and shoot them whereever possible, i have shot on ploughed fields where volunteer rubbish is coming through, have shot over grass/clover, standing and harvested wheat,barley,peas,beans,potatoes,linseed,setaside,maize... just find where they are feeding and get some decoys out.. oh and its best to start shooting over it when there is a nice number of pigeons there you cant just turn up when the crop is at a certain stage, stick decoys out and expect big bags...do some reccy'ing, a good few hours every week pays off Edited August 2, 2010 by jclay91 Quote Link to post
