asha 48 Posted August 1, 2010 Report Share Posted August 1, 2010 had my bitch at vets last winter.stubed hur toe x ray etc bill to pay.plenty rest and lead walking.was excerciseing dogs in feild bitch returned limping bad.going to vet to get the toe removed.hopefuly get hur fit ready for winter.does any body no the time she be laid up Quote Link to post
10watt bulb 4 Posted August 1, 2010 Report Share Posted August 1, 2010 try getting it pin fired first mate, mine did the same but it was ligament damage with mine i tryed resting him for months and it didnt work, if the toe is remved your looking at 6 weeks lay up, and there is no garuntee that the other toes on the same foot wont go with more presure being put on them, it cost me pound for the pin fire op and me dogs seems fine . good luck anyway Quote Link to post
