Tina 1
Hi All, I take my girl rabbiting on private land owned by a very close friend, until this week I've found out that he didn't own the land it was only rented to him, (he's passed away this week), I never had any writen permission to work this land, I've been up there this week and the place is deserted,(all his stock is gone) what would happen if I continued to hunt here? would I get fined? do they have the power to take my dog off me? do I deffo need writen permission? the thing is I don't know who owns the land, (always thought it was my friends land) how would I find out? he didn't have any family that I knew of either. I'll be gutted if I've lost the right to hunt there! Quote Link to post
whin 463
youll have to find the new land owner and ask him if you can still huntetc for rabbits tell him who you are and how long youve been going and you willing to pay alittle or bribe him some way , but yes you could get in alittle trouble but not much all the best forge a note telling him you had permiss only jokeing , tread carefully and find out who the real owner is and go on with your best kit and charm him if thats possible Quote Link to post
