Guest lady hunter
im still a bit green to the hunting ban and what you can and cant do , so where would i stand if i was genreally out just taking my lurcher for a walk and he was to catch a fox which in the past he has done while just taking him to strech his legs, im not prepared to keep him on the lead as i think this would be unfair to him, but what would happen if someone was to see and report it ???? i know asking has probly made me sound a bit thick
Rabbithunter 456
claim it was accidental (which it would be anyway) OR you could tell them you had suspicion to believe the fox was injured so youi decided to "put it out its misery" so to speak. this you can do. If you suspect a wild mammal is suffering then you can use upto 2 dogs to track & kill the mammal
