crow decoying

ive just bought some flock coated crows today and off out in the morning to clear a few up theres rooks and carrion about

im lamping tonight to get some bait

im going to get set up with my .17hmr

ive done loads of pigeon decoying but i want to get some long shots in

is there any tips on them to land with confidence so i can shoot them ?

space them about a metre and a half apart and face them all differant direction. im guessing you are gona sit quit far away using the 17hmr so if you sit still and hidden you should be ok. and sit downwind off them just to be sure. once you have a few down stick a garden cane up there butts and through there chest to form a cross and they should look like there about to land.
