I've only ever had 1 bitch go 2days early and that was no problem,most people start to worry a bit near to the due date its only natural mate,don't let her get too hot and no strenuous exercise and you should'nt have a problem,they quite often look fit to burst,so long as the bitch has no trouble bringing the pups on the day you should be ok,there's not a lot you can do anyway so long as your date is correct when they're due just let nature take its course,atb,wirralman

terrier my lurcher is in pup and was due a day ago, sheis hge and you can see the pups wanting out punching holes in her side lol, she is starting to get uncomfortabl now tho, hopefully they willarive within 24 hours, its stressing me out, :wallbash:

thanks Guys yeah i can see the pups movements poking through her stomach and ribs. She is not showing any sign's of going yet (thank god) But you know what its like always a anxious time Just hope she doesnt have a massive litter :thumbs:

my last litter went a week early and she was in a bad way she had get cut open,she was in labour for hours bafore the vets would do out ,she had dead ones in the house ,first 1 at 6 in the afternoon and her 2 at 2.30 in the morning,1 died in the operation i brought 7 puppies home but they would,nt feed of the mother ,i think were seperated to long,6 died within 2 days of each other ,i had tryed bottle feeding them they wernt strong enough,but 1 was little rocky the fighter after endless night feeds every 2 hours with a syeringe he now a little cracker,and it was,nt her first litter i,d bred when she was about 2 and half she had 5 healthy pups,would,nt wish on anybody,good luck hope everything is ok.......atb dh
