Quality SbS for sale

Recommended Posts

Top Quality side by side for sale, no longer used so its got to go

Its a box lock, 30" barrels, choked 1/4 and 1/2 ( was full & full)

As you can see the stock is totally imaculate as is the rest of the gun, it was built in 1897

The right hand barrel has a tiny pit just forward of the chamber (passed the re-proof in london), this will be polished out before the

gun is handed over to any new owner.

The price is £1250 and there is a tiny amount of room for a little arm wrestling.

If you are interested then pm me

Thanks for the comments gentlemen, but if you look at it like this;

The price is about the cost of a very rough second hand motor

The motor will last a couple years and will cost you money each time you have to MOT it

and indeed every time you drive it.

On the other hand this gun has lasted over a hundred years already and will without doubt

last another hundred.

There is also the added bonus that this will only go up in value as it ages whereas the old banger

will go to the scrap yard.

You know it makes sense, get your money out :doh:

well you have stated a price and how old it is but who is it made by i ask as there is some very good looking old guns on the market but aint worth a second look, i saw a spanish SBS at an auction it had damascus barrels and the wood you would not have believed it was a cracking piece of walnut and it was dated 1835 it sold for 400 quid because it was an AYA.
