He is best off keeping his eye on the various hunting forums for info on litters,go through old sale treads and contact lads whom have sold previous litters, mind he would do well to avoid a certain breeder and his associates from the Credigon area of wales, they are knocking out litters of saluki wholesale, from a dogg called Abbernanan Haman of Clashnan (or summat like that) they will tell you the dogs/bitches are all from working stock etc, but its all bull he sells a fair bit via e pupz, one to avaoid for sure Tell your pal saluki Preservation website is a good place to start looking Quote Link to post

Your pal will have to pay an awfull lot of money for a working bred Saluki, if he can find a one, and if the breeder will sell him one !! Why on earth would he want a KC Saluki for rabbits, when any decent bred Lurcher will do the job better and for a fraction of the price ??? Cheers. Quote Link to post

I think I saw that advert myself weren't they going for £500? I told him to go for a salukix grey x whippet, but I guess he wants the chance to breed as well. The problem with the KC reg is that they come with all the Breeding restriction paperwork, but he won't listen. Quote Link to post
