does this law ONLY stand in ireland????

No its also inforce in Scotland you need a licence from the Scottish Ministers to fish for eels. :wallbash:

We are ok in England then :toast: .. how on earth,if you are using a rod and line prove you are targeting eels unless you have dead ones on the bank?? just say your after chub,perch,pike or carp :yes:
