out with the rimfire

out lastnite with the rimfire, the rifle is a ruger.22 fitted with a gen1 night scope with a doubler fitted for extra mag plus a IR lamp for better target id.

your right in what you say about raising the gun everytime, but unless you use a lamp or seperate IR monocular you dont realy have much choice. it works ok if you use a stick to steady your aim but can get heavy whilst carting it around a field. I mostly shoot out of the sunroof of a 4x4 with the driver lamping with a white light at this venue, as it allows for fast shooting.This was at a spot where they were getting twitchy when they heard a car so it was done on foot with no lights.

 

(s!*t those cheap digi cams do nothing for your good looks do they)
