Marksman 934
Feed it handle it ,feed it handle it in a couple of weeks you should see a big differnce what happens when your out working it and youve no gloves or lemon ??? . my personal opinion is it's not ready for working If you can't handle it properly hence why handling from a very early age is in my view essential for both the ferret and the owner. Nothing worse than trying to retrieve a shy, nippy ferret from a hole. But like already said it's the handling and frequency that counts no matter what you use or how you do it as long as your ferret learns to trust you Darryl Quote Link to post
tjones3862 3,423
if you putting it on him to take him a walk then i would say get some ferretone and put it on his belly and wwhile he is licking it you should be able to fit the harness, wouldn't use a harness when working the ferret. read his post it dont say he's going to work it does it Quote Link to post
