suda,we have had our show a week after the welsh game fair for a number of years now,we have been advertising it since march as we do every year,and now you go and put a show on the same weekend,doesn't any of your club sit down and view, to see whats on that weekend when you pick a date,there's not that many show's on in our area,so it should'nt be that hard to find a date,at one time in june there was just two show's on,the welsh 19th&20th and our's 26th pelenna valley foxhounds,we have all got the same interest at heart,there should have been consideration for others who have held this date for a long time,we hold shows to fund the hounds up keep during the year, we don't want split support,which will happen

hi, I can fully understand your grievance on this matter and you are quite right our committee did not check to see if we was clashing with any other hound shows, we started the country fair 3 years ago mainly as a terrier & lurcher show, racing and ferret show we picked this date as it did not clash with other such events. we decided to have a hound show to support our local hounds and it is now to late to cancel, but this will be brought up fully at our next meeting. I'am truly sorry for this bad mistake but at least it's not the same day.
