I have a large 'traditional type' dog kennel, which is being converted in to a chicken coop. Its is massive, about 1.0m x 1.3m internally, so they will have plenty of roosting pace.

Can someone eggperienced whistling.giftell me whether it is best to have individual nest boxes or a nesting trough??? as It will be built from scratch.

I have the opportunity to make it right first time...

Also, if individual boxes are recommended, what is the normal size per bird.

I am planning to have between 4-6 birds.

Any internal photos of coops would be appreciated.
