mattydski 560
I have a large 'traditional type' dog kennel, which is being converted in to a chicken coop. Its is massive, about 1.0m x 1.3m internally, so they will have plenty of roosting pace. Can someone eggperienced tell me whether it is best to have individual nest boxes or a nesting trough??? as It will be built from scratch. I have the opportunity to make it right first time... Also, if individual boxes are recommended, what is the normal size per bird. I am planning to have between 4-6 birds. Any internal photos of coops would be appreciated. mattydski 560
Thanks for the pictures. The bottom picture , is the internal shot of the white box shown in the top picture?? And it is sufficient space for about 4-6 hens. Thats sound . I should be fine then. Thanks for the info again.
