salclalin 240 Posted April 28, 2010 Report Share Posted April 28, 2010 I Bred some Cracking Rhode x Sussex Last year.I intend to Breed a Few more this Year.They are Easy to Sex at a Day old being Sex Linked.Pullets are Brown.Cocks are White.The ones i Bred Last year are now Laying And laying a Nice Sized Egg. Are the eggs brown? Outsider Hello mate,To get Sex Linked Chicks you have to use a Rhode Island Cockerel to a Light Sussex Hen.And yes the Eggs are Brown.But not as Brown as A Rhode Island Red Egg.
