Hoolit 2 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Share Posted April 17, 2010 Hi all a friend of mine has gave me a wee present of a device called a BUT OUT TOOL i have to say it looks pretty inoccent but ( no pun intended) :sick: i wondered if anyone on here had used this thing and what did they think of it use. waidmann 105 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Share Posted April 17, 2010 if its a screw in type thing i have always done it with a knife. it saves breaking the pelvic boneso you can leave that part closed,stopping the meat getting soiled or drying out. we always called it "ringing". waidmann Quote Link to post
