Thanks Kathy , The big grey is an off the track TB, he'd only been off the track 4 weeks when this was taken, which shows just how calm he is

My sons pony Toby is a Haflinger cross Welsh, and lets just say that pony and rider deserve one another biggrin.gif

That pony is a nice cross - I've got a pure bred Haflinger and she's got a bit of an attitude problem, like she always wants to go much faster than I do... :icon_eek:

Great shots, early season cubbing is my farvourite time to be out with the hunt, often miss images due to the early start and poor light, but the smells, colours and freshness of being out that time of year, early morning is un beatable. :notworthy: :notworthy:

Hey Kathy, It must be a Haflinger thing, the whole going way faster than they need to !!!!!! but then take a Welsh and throw it into the mix blink.gifbiggrin.gif

Hannah , I agree with you totally, there's something about getting up in the middle of the night for a cubbing morning whistling.gif

no seriously it is a wonderful time of year, the only reason i was able to take pictures this day was it was the next door hunt and we weren't hunting that day
