2 Bunnies and 1 miss / Beats Decorating anyday !

Hi all

 

My missus has been nagging me for ages to decorate the downstairs bathroom so this morning i made a start.

 

About 4 hours later my in laws decided to pay a visit , and this was the excuse i had waited for.

 

I downed tools and put on my sociable face for about an hour or so and then headed down to my local permission to do some bunny bashing from the High seat.

 

Things started very slowly , so i did a bit of plinking with my CZ varmint .22 rimmy just to check my zero.

 

Suddenly bunny number 1 showed it's face from the family warren but was reluctant to fully emerge , but i just had enough for a head shot.

 

Bunny number one was in the bag. ( you can just see the head shot if you look closely at the photo )

 

 

This was the last shot i had until about half an hour before i decided to call it a day.

 

Bunny number 2 showed its self about 50 yards in front of me totally oblivious of my prescence

 

I slowly squeezed off the second shot and the winchester super X bullet struck home in the rabbits chest.

 

Bunny number 2 was in the bag .

 

 

Almost immediately Bunny number 3 appeared from the other side of the warren , but this time it had it's back to me.

 

This one i could not miss could i I centred the Scopes cross hair on the bunny and MISSED the bloody thing :oops:

 

Not a Great Result for 3 hours shooting i know , but it sure beats decorating or entertaining the in laws ,
