1888andybhoy 7 Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 (edited) Hi we have a smallish syndicate and its marsh land with the soil if you could call it that being peat. i was wondering if there was any game crops that would survive these conditions i was thinking of getting some heather seeds and trying a few plants this year. any advice ? on our shoot we put down pheasants and partridge so any advice please. Many thanks. I'm not sure how well it would grow in your type of soil mate but at the shoot i pick up on has some Canary Grass( think thats how you say it)...? It grows quite tall and it is easy to walk through, i would imagine it was quite cost effective as well. Quote Link to post
